I could use a little of this. Recently Nathan told me a great story about how Jerry Seinfeld talked to construction workers early in his career and was inspired by their focus and dedication to 8+ hour days every day, and decided if they could do it, so could he! He would never spend less than an 8 hour day on his comedy. And yadda yadda yadda.
